The Congress's manifesto for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, titled 'Nyay Patra', focuses on five pillars of justice:
- Yuva Nyay (justice for youth)

1. Conducting a nationwide Socio-Economic and Caste Census to enumerate castes and sub-castes and their socio-economic conditions.
2. Passing a constitutional amendment to raise the 50% cap on reservations for SC, ST, and OBC.
