Reliance Expands Solar Portfolio with SPV Acquisitions

  • Reliance Industries is acquiring full ownership of two solar power companies.
  • The companies, MSKVY Nineteenth Solar SPV and MSKVY Twenty-Second Solar SPV, are located in Maharashtra.
  • This acquisition fulfills a contract awarded to Reliance for installing 128 MW of solar capacity under the government's Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana.
  • The deal is expected to be finalized by April 2024.
